Public Meeting re sale of 69 McLachlan St

Dear Supporters
Following the success in achieving a pause of the sale of 69 McLachlan Street, Council has asked us to clarify just what the community wants for the site.
Having met with representatives from Great Ocean Road Health, the AB & District Health Foundation, AB Arts Inc, AB Chamber of Commerce & Tourism and AB P-12 College, we have also had further discussions with Council.
We look forward to presenting our findings to a Public Meeting on Thursday 16 November at 5.30pm at the Bowls Club along with 3 options for community discussion that we hope will achieve community support. If successful, we will proceed to submit the proposal to the Council on behalf of the community.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, we will distribute the proposal by email, social media, and news sheet to enable your feedback.
The community's proposal must be submitted to Council by Monday 27 November and will be discussed at the Council meeting on Wednesday 13 December.
