16th November 2015
Music Concert; Dress Up Day; Yr11 Outdoor Recreation camp; VCE LEAP week; Student Free Day
The music room welcomes everyone to a concert by instrumental students of our school to be held in the Leisure Centre on Tuesday the 1st of December at 1pm. Beginning the performance will be a short woodwind presentation from Sam and Barry Seabrook, who will be offering tutoring on woodwind instruments at school from the start of next year.
Thursday 26th November is another 'dress up day' to raise funds for our new bike shelter – come as any fictional character, gold coin donation. What am I going to wear?!
Year 11 Outdoor Recreation students head off on an extremely exciting camp this week where they'll do mountain biking, white water rafting, rock climbing and try any other adrenaline based activity you can think of, bar BASE jumping. Slightly jealous.
Next week sees the beginning of the LEAP transition when our senior school students begin their studies for VCE classes.
And finally a reminder that next Friday the 27th of November is a student free day as all of the staff will be writing reports (I know who'll be having more fun that day!).
