21st March 2016
End of Term; VCE Art Excursion; Staff Training; Crochet; Casual Clothes Day; Student Free Day; Happy Holidays!
Holy moly, Batman, Term 1 is nearly done!
This final short week sees our VCE Studio Art students head off to Melbourne to visit the Warhol/WeiWei and Top Arts exhibitions.
Staff will be trained in our exciting new school management software Compass, which apparently does everything bar teach the students. Personally I'm considering becoming a Luddite (just joking Ms Holt!).
Next term Mrs Whelan is running a crochet elective, so if you have any unwanted hooks or yarn you would be willing to donate – she would be most grateful. Stay tuned for some yarn bombing around town...
Casual clothes day this week is raising money for Indigenous children's education, we hope to raise about $300 for this cause.
In case you missed it in our school newsletter, Tuesday 26th of April is a student free day.
School resumes on Monday 11th of April – have a safe and restful holiday break.
