Guy Sebastian Concert & Yamaha Presentation; Thank You; Yr12 Careers Tour; School Photos; Monster Book Sale; GORRF Volunteers Needed

So...we and many (?) others (see, often I need a touch of clairvoyance to write this column!) will rock out to Guy Sebastian and a talented group of our very own music students. Yamaha are coming down with him to present our $90k worth of new musical instruments – thank you!

A very big thank you to Pauline Murnane and the willing band of helpers and cooks who fed the crowd for some fundraising.

Our Year 12 students headed off to Melbourne for a careers tour, visiting several universities to see what their futures may hold.

We'll all brush our hair and smile (or not) for school photos.

We continue to collect books for the Monster Book Sale. We’re a bit light on for donations so far, please spread the word.

And lastly, we are heading into the begging stage for GOR Running Festival volunteers – if you can spare some time over that weekend please come into the school office and see what jobs are left. No experience necessary, mostly it’s just sitting on a deck chair in high vis, filling cups or handing out medals!
