11th December 2017
Quiet Week!; Final Junior School Assembly; VCE Exam Thank Yous; College Art Show; MONSTER Book Sale; Presentation Evening
It is pretty quiet at school this week as year 10-12 have finished and Years 7-9 are on the annual camps; Grampians, Glenelg River and Surf Bronze. Yay, say the little kids.
This week we also have our final Junior School assembly for the year, singing a few carols and farewelling the Year 6s as they move off to high school…next door. Ha.
We would like to thank chief supervisor for VCE exams, Wendy Varcoe, who also volunteered her time to supervise our Yr11 Exams, thanks also to Laima Clegg, Brian McKenzie and Syd Caddy. Thanks to the Apollo Bay Football & Cricket Clubs for use of facilities and to Tina Clissold for preparing the rooms.
The College Art Show remains open until Tuesday 19th December, please feel free to drop in 9am - 4pm to see it in the library building. Bias aside, the art is seriously good.
It is less than month until the Monster Book Sale – please keep dropping off your donations to the school end of the Leisure Centre ready for the big day on Sunday 7th January.
Presentation evening is Tuesday 19th at the Leisure Centre.
For more information please contact the College on (03) 5237 6483.
