It turned out that we didn’t have to smile for the camera last week – the exciting weather and power events meant it was too dark, plus soaked and windswept hair probably wasn’t the best look. They have been rescheduled for Thursday 24th of May.
Final preparations for the Marathon are underway with T-shirts being handed out, inductions being completed and picnic baskets readied for volunteering.
Year 10 students participate in their first Driver’s Education workshop as part of their transition into people legally allowed in the driver’s seat (good luck parents!).
The annual book fair is on at school next week, open before and after school for anyone in the market for children’s books (stock up the present drawer!).
You are cordially invited to the next ‘musical soiree’ at Seacroft Chapel 3:30pm for a 4pm start Sunday 27th May. See Estelle Shircore Barker, Ella Summers, Leon Kennedy and friends play for VCE Music. See the What's On for details.
And it is NAPLAN week for students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9.
