Yrs5-8 Netball & Footy; Working Bee Thank Yous; MoMA; End of Term Assembly
This week sees more sporting activities, the rain and mud will not stop us chasing a ball! Year 5/6 students participate in their first interschool netball and football competition in Colac. Year 7/8 also have their own competition of the same nature, although this crew have a bit more experience under their belts so not so much yelling of instructions required!
Thank you to all those who weeded and mulched in their own time last week, the gardens are looking well loved. Adrian Murnane, you are a machine!
MoMA comes to Melbourne this week (I’m a bit excited) and continues to be a focus for the Junior School Art classes. This exhibition is like visiting New York for a fraction of the price, especially if you have a bagel for lunch – get thyself to the NGV and take any slightly related children along! Check out our progress on Instagram ‘artatapollobaycollege’. It’s a riot of colour and modernism.
End of term Junior School assembly will be held on Tuesday 26th June 9am, all invited.
For more information please contact the College on (03) 5237 6483.
