'Amazing Race;'; Yr4 Kangaroobie Camp; Congratulations Freya West; School Fete
The final school terms begins with an excursion to Melbourne for the International Trip students for an ‘amazing race’ and to meet the company that runs the trip.
Year 4 students head off to Kangaroobie for their three day camp, this is the one that is always a highlight of their schooling life (true!); a mud course, ride in a trailer and amazing food contribute to the accolade.
Congratulations to Freya West for being a finalist in the Victoria Rural Youth Awards for her contribution to the school and Apollo Bay community. She headed to Parliament House in the holidays to attend the awards ceremony.
Less than a month to our school fete – pop 3pm November 5th on your calendar. Lots of fun activities, delicious food and stalls to buy from. One item for purchase is a spectacular school calendar using images from the art room, on sale from now and at the fete for $15.
