Term 1 reminds me of a whirling dervish and it finished appropriately…
An early day for students Monday for parent/teacher/student conferences. This ill be followed by the Year 7/8 exhibition of their term of work on the theme of ‘Identity’.
Year 12 Outdoor Recreation students pack piles of two minute noodles and peanuts into backpacks and head to Tasmania to walk the overland track. The forecast is for snow, so…erm…good luck with that.
Our Year 9 students host the Bright College students for the annual surfing/beach activity camp, many long term friendships are made with this camp.
Our International Trip students will cook and help to run a quiz night to continue raising funds for their trip – thank you to all of the happy quiz fans and to the businesses who helped support raffle prizes.
A busload of students go to Colac for district athletics.
And our Year 2 students had their first overnight camping experience…at school, fun!
A happy and safe holiday and Easter, we’ll be back on Tuesday 23rd April.
Volunteer lists for this year's Great Ocean Road Running Festival on 18 & 19 May will be up on the College Office windows from the beginning of next term. Please help the organisers by getting your names down as soon as possible.
