Essential Safety Measures Program

Colac Otway Shire Council has commenced an essential safety measures program to ensure all private and publically owned commercial buildings in the shire feature essential safety measures that comply with the Building Regulations. Essential safety measures are central to ensuring a safe and healthy built environment for the safety and health of occupant’s over a building’s lifetime.

Council will run information drop-in sessions for land, building and business owners wishing to find out more about their responsibilities:

Where: Colac Otway Shire Council offices, 2-6 Rae Street, Colac

When:  Wednesdays, drop-in any time from 11am to 1pm from November 28 (ongoing).
