Review of Development Plan – Irrewillipe Road / Aireys Street, Elliminyt
Proposed changes to Development Plan No 2 – Area 4 in the Irrewillipe Road / Aireys Street precinct in Elliminyt were presented to Council for the purposes of community consultation. The revised Development Plan will now be placed on public exhibition and verbal presentation from submitters will be facilitated prior to formal consideration of the final plan.

Quarterly Performance Report 1 July to 30 September 2022
A Quarterly Performance Report for the period 1 July to 30 September 2022 was presented, which includes a Quarterly Budget Report and measures Council’s progress against the Council Plan objectives. Award of Contracts
- A contract has been awarded to Murray Valley Piling Pty Ltd for the design and construction of the Howells Access bridge replacement in Skenes Creek.
- A contract has been awarded to InRoads Pty Ltd for the 3-year bituminous surfacing program across the shire from 2022-2025. This contract is to carry out Council’s annual Road Resealing and Final Seal Program for the next three financial years.
Council meeting dates 2023
Following a review of Submissions Committee Terms of Reference, the schedule of Council, Planning Committee and Submissions Committee meetings for 2023 were confirmed and these will be available on Council’s website.
Lodgement of Petition
Council acknowledges the lodgement of a petition containing 660 signatures supporting the opening of the Visitor Information Centre in Colac seven days a week, which has been received from the community. A report responding to the petition will be presented to the Council meeting held on 14 December 2022.
All Council meetings are live-streamed, and archived recordings are available on the Council website for viewing.
The agenda for the next meeting will be available online the Friday prior to the meeting.
