Annual Report 2021-22
The Mayor reported on the implementation of the Council Plan by presenting Council’s 2021-22 Annual Report, which outlines Council’s performance, key achievements and challenges during the financial year 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022, measured against the key objectives and strategies included in the Council Plan 2021-2025 and the Budget 2021-2022.

Scheduling of Submissions Committee Meeting for Apollo Bay, Marengo and Skenes Creek Community Infrastructure Plan
Council agreed to schedule a meeting of the Submissions Committee to be held on Wednesday 16 November 2022 commencing at 4.00pm at The Project Space, 2-4 Nelson Street in Apollo Bay, to hear people who indicated they wished to speak in support of their written submission to the Apollo Bay, Skenes Creek and Marengo Community Infrastructure Plan.
Appointment of Audit and Risk Committee Chairperson
It was resolved that Brian Keane would be the Chairperson of Council’s Audit and Risk Committee. In accordance with section 53(4) of the Local Government Act 2020, the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee (Committee) must be an independent member of the Committee and not a Councillor.
All Council meetings are live-streamed, and archived recordings are available on the Council website for viewing.
The agenda for the next meeting will be available online the Friday prior to the meeting.
