Learning to build a better community

Libby Van Leeuwen is in charge of clinical education at Otway Health, but her mission is much broader and more exciting than improving skills alone. Libby sees workplace education as the key to professional and personal growth. A way to underscore and celebrate the importance and value of every task that needs doing and build a better working community.

She also works to enable shared regional education with neighbouring centres to broaden the skills base and dissolve the sense of isolation that sometimes comes with our distant location.
