The Community Support Line offers services to people within the Colac Otway Shire who require basic information, support, or are stressed. Support from qualified professionals who will address the presenting issue where possible.

Grocery Delivery Service

Are you 70 years and over? Are you a permanent resident living in Apollo Bay, Skenes Creek or Marengo? Would you like your groceries or bread delivered so you can stay home and safe?

Great Ocean Road Health can arrange for your weekly shop to be delivered to your doorstep so that you can stay safe in your home. Delivery will be at no extra cost to you, groceries are subject to availability.

Family Violence Support Apollo Bay

The Horizon Family Violence program is providing phone support for women experiencing family violence in the Apollo Bay area. They can provide support for safety issues, emergency housing and intervention orders and can provide advocacy and general information around family violence.

Orange Door Colac Otway is available Monday to Friday by phone (03) 5232 5500. Orange Door will respond to all enquiries regarding family violence.

Free Financial Advice Phone Appointments Available

Do you have concerns about your financial situation? Access free confidential information and support for individuals, families and groups who are experiencing debt problems. Advice on debt management, negotiating with creditors and budgeting is available, as well as information on bankruptcy, credit laws and government assistance. Financial Adviser Rhonda Mahoney at Colac Area Health is available for free financial advice.

Free phone appointments for legal advice on areas of law including: Centrelink and government services, unpaid fines, car accidents and insurance, debts and consumer contracts, child support, family violence and financial abuse, neighbourhood disputes and personal safety intervention orders, information on how to make a Will or Power of Attorney, and Guardianship and Elder Law.
