Rhonda Mahoney provides confidential information and support for individuals, families and groups who are experiencing debt problems. Counselling on debt management, negotiating with creditors and budgeting is available, as well as information on bankruptcy, credit laws and government assistance.  Rhonda is from Colac Area Health and visits Apollo Bay fortnightly.

Okido Yoga with Andy Hack

Set aside some time in the week to slow down, quieten the mind and listen to the body. Yoga is not for everyone, but it might be for you! Open your mind and give it a try. Suitable for all levels.
