B Grade – Winner – a very excited Caroline Wren 115-70-60 (the one time when having a high score on a hole is an advantage!); Runner Up – Jan Shaw 101-69-61

It was a glorious day for players to then enjoy a barbecue lunch and to watch the AFL Grand Final.

Coming Events

Fri. 9th Oct – Start of the 9 hole "Chicken Run". This is a mixed competition played flexi-time (any time Friday). Make up your group and pay $2 each and place the money in an envelope posted through the office door slot (not the green fees box).

Mon. 12th Oct – Women's Ambrose Memorial Shield Day. There will be a team of 3 chosen to represent Apollo Bay – so if you wish for a chance to play, please put your name down. Assistance is needed to set up tables for our guests and also to help with food/dishes in the kitchen from about 9am. A produce stall is being held plus a raffle so suitable items donated for these would be appreciated. There will be no pre-golf exercises on this day.
