Update and Call to Action

On Saturday OCEAN was the beneficiary of fund-raising activities run at the Summer of Seafood Block Party. We are grateful for the confidence and support of the fishers and we are proud to be associated with our local fishing industry; which happens to be one of the most successful and sustainable fisheries in the world! What do the Fishers and OCEAN have in common? Our desire to care for our ocean and rid the Otway Basin from the threats of Gas and Oil exploration. Seismic Testing in particular.
Call to Action!
OCEAN is going to the big smoke to tell the people of Melbourne what gas and oil exploration is doing to the ocean, marine life and our local fisheries. Please put aside this date to join us in a march of Otway locals, from the NOPSEMA office to Parliament. Full details of the day yet to be confirmed.
