We are thrilled that last week our Shire Councillors voted to support the completion of the pool. They voted unanimously to release the $135,211 as we requested. This amount is made possible from budgeted operational funds being permitted to be used now for capital works. Thank you to everyone who lobbied Councillors.
Lock-up is almost achieved, with only the cladding for the reception/entry area remaining. The structure looks amazing and we thank the community for its huge contribution of which it can be very proud.
It won’t be long until the pool is completed and, come the end of the COVID restrictions, it will be ready for a huge celebratory splash for all!

NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
The Apollo Bay Aquatic Centre will be holding a SGM on Tuesday 17th November at 5pm, at the pool. The purpose of the meeting is to present its annual reports and to put a motion to wind-up the association. Members will receive information via email.
We are pleased to have finally achieved our objectives and hope the pool can be enjoyed by all, very soon. Thank you to everyone for your contributions & patience!
