Yr 4 Kangaroobie camp; P12 Melbourne Museum visit; Preschoolers meet their buddies; Hats On!

We are back and into the final term with a vengeance…did you miss us?!

Year 4 students head off on camp to Kangaroobie where they'll have bundles of fun in the mud and in the back of a farm trailer.  They had run a cake stall to assist in the funding for this camp, which was a terrific exercise for budgeting.

Prep-2 students went on a mammoth excursion to the Melbourne Museum to visit the dinosaur exhibition, this wrapped up their studies from last term.  This term they are learning about all things to do with plants.

Year 5 students visited the Preschool to meet their buddies who will be starting Prep next year.  They will be meeting each other numerous times before the start of the the 2015 school year to build on this relationship.  From next week the Preschool students will be visiting weekly to allow the other students and teachers to get to know them, too.

A reminder that this is a ‘hat’ term, so all students and staff need to be wearing one when outside.
