GOR Marathon Fundraiser; Tour De Cure; Yrs 7&8 Barwon Water Tour; Wandering Calves; Premier's Book Challenge; January Book Sale; Yr12 Careers Expo
Our college is gearing up for a huge weekend of fundraising during the GOR Marathon. Thanks to all of the parents, friends and students who have signed up for a slot already. If you haven't, please pop in to see Judy or Richy at our main office to see where you can help.
The visit from the Tour De Cure was very successful with many students arriving in time to wave hello to Australia on Sunrise.
Year 7 & 8 students visit Barwon Water's water treatment plant for a tour with David Harbour. This will be a very interesting insight into our town's water supply – thanks to David for his time.
Our new calves took a little wander around the town, and whilst we certainly hope this was not an intentional occurrence from someone playing funny buggers, we were thankful they were found expediently and returned to their manger.
The Premier's Book Challenge begins shortly, and speaking of books if you're having a clean out of your shelves we are ramping up our collection for the January Book Sale.
Year 12s head to Melbourne to visit the Careers Expo for some inspiration and advice for their looming university applications and life choices!
