Staff Visit to Timboon P-12; Author Ebony McKenna; P-6 Open Morning; Annual Formal; Parmageddon

Staff visited Timboon P-12 College this week and were reminded of what our old school used to look like before the wrecking ball got to it! However, it’s what is inside that counts and we all enjoyed watching the other teachers in action and talking about improvements for us and them.

Author Ebony McKenna will visit our Year 3-8 students, running writing workshops and generally inspiring their writing aspirations.

We'll also hold a P-6 open morning to welcome families to see what our Junior School students get up to.

Our senior students in Year 10-12 will scrub, brush and polish themselves into sparkling gems for the annual Lorne/Lavers/Apollo Bay formal, to be held at the Mechanics Hall this year.

Come along to the Great Ocean Road Brewhouse on Wednesday September 6st to catch PARMAGEDDON #2, an exposé of the great musical exploits of the 2017 VET music class and the culinary delights offered at the local treasure that is the Top Pub. Featuring all-class acts including The Refuge, The Beastly Boys, Riley Newton and Catalina, the night is sure to please all ears and taste-buds.
