Yr9&10 Careers Counselling; Farewell Liz Hanger; Hawkesdale College Visit; Wesley College Band Visit; Aquatic Centre Fundraising Gig

Continuation of careers counselling for our Year 9 & 10 students happens this week as they head to an info session in Colac.

We farewell teacher Liz Hanger as she heads into retirement after an impressive 40 years working for the Department. No doubt she will enjoy her time at the various skiing slopes as well as continuing to work in Indigenous communities.

Hawkesdale College students will come to experience life by the ocean and have a go at surfing and other activities as part of our partnership with this city school.

Wesley College’s band will come and perfom for our students as part of their tour. We, of course, could parp back with the impressive array of instruments we now possess!

On Wednesday 22nd November at 7pm at the RSL there will be a fundraising gig for the Apollo Bay Aquatic Centre. Local musicians Riley Newton, Cat Lonie Richardson, Seamus Fillmore and The Refuge will be playing. Everyone is invited to come along and rock out with our talented students.
