Swimming Sports; Cricket; New School Leaders; VCE Outdoor Ed Trip; Yrs 7&8 Trip

Casino was declared the victor in the house swimming last week and congratulations go to all the age group winners and runners up – and to Miss Holt for swimming 4 lengths of the pool in the Open Individual Medley! Swimmers head to Lorne this Thursday for the inter-school competition – go Bay!

Our senior boys played a cricket match against Trinity this week…the score wasn’t so good for us, but not everyone can win of course.

We congratulate our new school leaders, Keahan O’Meara Bromfield and Phoebe The who are our College captains and Hugh Holthouse, Ursula Williams, Octavia Geekie and Lira Memishi are our junior school captains.

VCE Outdoor Education students had their first field trip, heading along the Great Ocean Walk for their studies of the natural world.

Year 7/8 students also headed into nature, visiting the Redwoods and one of our secluded beaches for their study of ‘Miniature Worlds’.
