Athletics; Yr10 Careers Guest Speakers; Dental Products Recycling

Athletics this week, with students (and a few dinosaurs!) battling it out on the track and field for the chance to go onto the next round.

Our Year 10 students have some guest speakers in for their Careers subject, hearing about life as a police officer and also as a lawyer – quite an appropriate pairing in hindsight! We appreciate everyone who gives up their time to come and talk to our students, they gain a lot of insight into the life of work.

Our college continues to be a drop off point for recycling of dental products (plastic toothbrushes, electric toothbrush heads only, dental floss cannisters) there is a green bin at the main entrance where the rainbow mural is. You can also recycle plastic writing implements such as pens, textas, highlighters etc – these can be dropped at the main office.
