Older Persons Ability and Support Services survey

Council’s Older Persons Ability and Support Services (OPASS) is seeking client and community input to evaluate the important community service they provide.

OPASS clients will soon receive (or may have already received) a survey via post during the week. If you have a family member or friend who is an OPASS client, please check if they need some assistance to complete the survey.

Please ensure surveys are completed and returned to Council by close of business Friday 23 August.
