The Mobile Boatshed will be visiting Apollo Bay Sailing Club for the very first time in January 2017!
Tackers 1
Having Fun (beginner level)
Tue. 10th – Fri. 13th Jan 2017 – 8:30am – 1:00pm
The Tackers is the main accredited introductory kids sailing course recognised by Yachting Australia for Ages 7 – 12 years.
An introduction to fun sailing and confidence on the water for young sailors. What to Bring – Clothing applicable to the weather and that you are happy to get wet, footwear you are happy to get wet, change of clothes and footwear, towel, snack & lunch. We'll have a boat (an Optimist), a life jacket & instructor for you!! Book before November 30 for the special EARLY BIRD RATE of only $245! Limited to the first 10 places! $295 there after.
Tackers 2
Better Sailing, Tricks & Technique
Tue. 10th – Fri. 13th 2017 – 1:30pm – 6:00pm
Adult/teenage Start Sailing 1 & 2 (beginner level)
Yachting Australia Small Boat Sailing Basic Skills 1 and 2 program (13 years +) Adults/Teenagers. Why not also learn to sail whilst your kids sail. At the end of the course we expect you to be able to jump on any boat, big or small and be a valuable sailing member. The course will be in Yachting Victoria Pacers or in your own boat.

Courses will be customised to meet individual needs. ie Tackers 1 or 2.
Participants also receive ABSC membership for the duration of the season.
