How is that bucket list going?

Are you looking for a new challenge?

Are you tired of your usual summer pursuits? Do you often find yourself walking on the beach staring longingly at the sails on the water, wishing you were out there?

Forget searching for that errant ball in the rough or standing on the outfield on a 30-degree day. Forget fighting the summer crowds in the surf or the bikes in the hills.

Where we recreate there is plenty of room, a fresh breeze and loads of excitement.

The Apollo Bay Sailing Club is currently revving up for this coming sailing season and new members will be very welcome. You don’t need to own a yacht and you don’t need sailing experience. The Club has two small keel boats that are available for new starters and we have members who are always looking for crew.

Better still drop down to the club house on Saturday 27th Oct and say hello. (any Saturday for that matter, around 11am)

Important Dates for Members

Fri. 12 Oct - 6.30pm - AGM at Ken and Pauline’s. Please bring a plate of finger food. Afterwards, naming and unveiling the new club boat. Don’t miss it!!

Sat. 27 Oct - 10am - Working Bee & Boat Inductions  at the Club House. Paella Night at Ken and Pauline’s afterwards.

Sat.  3 Nov - First Sail
