SRC Music Event; Yr9 Info Session; Yr12 VTAC; Dates for your Diary; WinterWild Leaves; Camp Awakenings

Our SRC will hold a music event this week to raise awareness for the South Sudan famine.

Year 9 students begin to make their subject choices for next year in an evening session by teachers. At the same time Year 12 students get their VTAC forms for university entrance choices...  ohhhh too many options, glad it’s not me!

A few dates for your calendars:

Thursday 24th of August is our Book Week parade (favourite book character) at 9am if you would like to come and see the outfits.

Monday 28th August is pupil free.

Thursday 31st August is P-6 open morning.

Wednesday 13th September is the P-6 end of term assembly.

Thank you to Reuben White who came in to our year 3-6 classrooms and donated a wooden leaf for the Winter Wild tree to each student. These will be burnt this Saturday on the foreshore near the surf club.

And finally, congratulations to Hannah Boyd West and Grace Gardiner who will attend Camp Awakenings (sponsored by Bendigo Bank), apparently an amazing personal growth and leadership experience.
